As a lover of Volvos, I cried that someone would be so horrible to one. I agree with the others, before getting into it anymore or driving it. A cleanup/recovery services company, that specializes in cleaning up all manner of waste (fire damage, water damage, hazardous and biohazardous material waste clean up, etc) will need to clean this truck where it sits before it is safe to drive. I'm pretty sure OSHA would have something to say about it otherwise.
Truck recovery and when to say no to the company. (with pictures)

Another Canadian driver, Flashdrive7, 48Packard and 2 others Thank this. -
While I thought this truck was disgusting, that last picture alone was where I "nope'd" the F out. Was this driver formerly a Werner Trainer? Because he/she sure did crap him/herself when driving.
Geekonthestreet, scott180, LoneRanger and 7 others Thank this. -
"grow a set" and tell the boss...NO
then if he does fire you and DAC you, you just simply tell the new employer what happened, and that you puked your guts out, once you opened the door.....
you'll get another job. (take the pics wit you at your next interview as proof)Geekonthestreet, Another Canadian driver, alds and 2 others Thank this. -
Emphatically NO!! It is not up for discussion - and there is no amount of money they can give you to clean it! Not only is it disgusting - it is a safety and health hazard. Send the pictures to your DM. If he continues to squawk, send the pictures to his boss, HR, and the head of Operations, along with your notice!
Another Canadian driver and Gearjammin' Penguin Thank this. -
