while in route yesterday I was involved in a truck rollover. The person in their personal vehicle was completely at fault. They admitted to my company and state patrol as well. My company wants me to return to work as soon as I feel up to it. I contacted a couple lawyers in regards to me having a case. They all mentioned a workers comp case. I do not want to file a suit of any kind against my current company. I'm certain I would get workers comp but I need to be compensated for my pain as well as my personal belongings without suing my company. Can anyone help with advice please

Glad you're still here to be able to tell us this. That said, you can go after the other party's insurance for this. Get with your company's safety manager first though, because they'll be suing the insurance company for loss of equipment and the load. I've been though this before when a woman hit me in Jersey Shore, PA 10 years ago. Good luck to you and we'll see you out here when you're ready.

Get a lawyer just to protect your interests, and make your company file a claim with work comp. If they won't or don't, or if the work comp people give you a runaround, get a work comp attorney. They all work on contingency basis, meaning you will pay them a percentage of whatever settlement you get, generally 30%. The other party's insurance will be responsible for all claims. They will probably talk to you shortly wanting to settle, but make sure you get checked out very thoroughly and PLEASE get an attorney to help you.

    This was hilarious.

OP you can sue the person that caused it. You can't get an omelette without cracking an eggshell. Somebody would have to pay for that.

I know very little about insurance, but if the other driver had liability, their insurance should cover a certain amount for your injuries and losses.
