My temp gauge reads 30 degrees low. I checked housing where sensor is located with temp gun to verify gauge is off. Did you check temps everywhere on cooling system with temp gun?

My concern is that you are eating a gallon of coolant about every week or so. You haven't identified any leaks, BUT that doesn't mean there isn't a leak.
Do you have white smoke coming out the exhaust, especially at start up or when giving full throttle? If so your leak might be going into the engine. Coolant doesn't play well with oil or diesel. That's at the more expensive and down time intensive range of issues.
Get your engine washed. Then check for that tell tale strawberry spattering after running for an hour or so. Crawl under with a flashlight. Look at everything.
My brother had similar issues. It took him a couple of engine washes, another two gallons of coolant, and lots of time looking. He finally found it. The bottom of the radiator had a teeny tiny crack.
Sometimes pressure testing won't find a leak because the pressure expands the metal and seals it. Take the pressure off, like parking without idling overnight, and that's when you see a small puddle of coolant.
I just replaced my radiator last week. Temperatures are back to normal. In my case the leak was from a crack around the hose that returns to the reservoir. JB Weld barely held it together until I could get back home to my favorite mechanic.Cam Roberts Thanks this. -
