That Buick had a 403 that would take a half day to get up there, but would do every bit of 120 mph on the highway.
4 dudes with mullets, no shirts, smoking Marlboro reds, drinking Old Milwaukee "tall boys", and going 100+ mph on the highway, making our dads proud.

If anyone chooses satellite, I highly recommend a dash top model that can record shows! My old Stiletto 100 can record up to six hours at one time. I can listen to a recorded show while recording another. It can save like 20 or more of those 6 hours shows in its memory.
Recorded shows are the best! FF past all the commercials on talk channels or sports games. Plus being able to pause when you have to, like running into the shipping office, fueling etc...

No idea the top speed but it would cruise 85 mph between Albuquerque and Las Cruces when I'd go up to Taos to go skiing...back when I wasn't so fat, lol.

The only advice I can give about installing your own gear is that you have to remember that one day you might have to remove that gear. You might get put in a new truck at the drop of a hat or you may decide to swap companies.
