I carry my Kodak printer/scanner/copier/fax machine with me. It was cheap and its wireless and the ink is the lowest cost out there for printer ink. Been using the Trippak incab scanner software with it too so I can scan in my bills as soon as the wagon is empty.

Another option is an android App called Drive Axle.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eleostech.driveaxleThe Bird Thanks this. -
Can't go wrong if we both use it.
I especially like it when I have a 6-7 drop run; that's alot of bills to be faxing. I can also use it to send my trip envelopes to finance instead of Trip Pacl Expressing them.

I was told about it and have tried it. I just have never had great luck using it. Nor did I know you had mentioned it earlier.
I still prefer to use my computer and the scanner in the truck or in the office at the house. -
I have a cheap $50 printer/scanner from Wally World in my truck. With my aircard and laptop, I can send and receive faxes. I use a service from metrofax.com. It's $7.95/mo and gives you 500 pages total for free (and $0.03/page after that) per month. I usually use less than 100. You also get your own fax # wherever in the country you want.
The cool feature for them, that I like, is they integrate with email. Once you register your email address with your account, they will send you PDF copies of all faxes to your email address. AND, you can send faxes straight from your email.
For instance, if you have a fax that you need sent to 1-800-555-5555, you can, from your registered email address, send the PDF file as an attachment to 8005555555@metrofax.com. And since it knows it's coming from you, it automatically sends it as a fax to that number. And, the text of your email is used as the front page. It also logs all your faxes (in and out) on their site, so you can go back if you accidentally delete one.
I do everything via PDF and either metrofax, or just emailing them directly. And now that Adobe Reader has been updated, you can receive a fax as a PDF, sign it, add text, etc and resave it, and fax it back without ever having to print it out. Most of my rate confirmations are never printed out anymore. I can view PDFs on my phone, I can sign them and add text on my laptop, fax/email them back. -
I use camscanner app on my phone, take a pic of your bills and the receiver will receive full size documents... and its FREE

If you have a smartphone you can use Camscanner. It turns documents into .pdf (Adobe) files and the software is currently free or download the pro version for $4.99.
Camscanner is available on Google Play Store and while I don't currently have it, or need it, I've researched it and found it's highly recommended by all who use it. -
