    The showers at the Sapp Brothers in Denver were really nice. The whole place is nice on the inside. Just looks run down on the outside.

    I don't like the little place, like the Gilroy truck stop on the 101 in NorCal- that place is a DUMP. But just about any Loves, Flying J or TA is OK. But then again, after 20 years in the Marine Corps I'm happy with anything that doesn't involve other dudes sharing with me lol.

    That's the 'platinum' level shower. I got to partake of one at the Petro in Salina, KS. 500 channels on the boob tube in the mirror. It would take an hour just to find something to watch while shaving if you had the time. And the rain shower showerhead? Ohhhh....ooh it was heavenly. I didn't want to leave.

    And I've taken my fair share of less-than-dersirable showers. But when you're even more nasty than that nasty ### shower stall, you strip down and scrub up. It's just part of the job at times.

    The showers now days are wonderful compared to what we called showers 33 years ago !!!
    I have not been to a real nasty one in awhile but then I don't go to nasty truck stops much anymore .
    When I do I just stay in the truck as much as I can .

    I carry Lysol and spray down the floor in the shower and out by the sink, so far so good, even the bad showers today are better then the showers of back in the day.....
