back in my earlier days, i worked for a company, that had contracts with all the cigarette factories in the south. then the liquor distributors in KY. then Circuit City out of VA.

we never talked about what we had. when we scaled the scale person at the fuel desk would always ask, "what type of freight"?

to which we'd say, "sealed load". or, "no one needs to know".

when dumb truckers yak it up on the cb, if they ain't as smart as they should be (and many aren't), of course they are gonna say what they got.

    "loose lips, sinks ships"...

In fact, I don’t see any for Arkansas either-and we all know what kind of reputation West Memphis has!

Those type lists really don’t have much to do with high value loads, but any load, and any driver concerned with personal safety. For a real high value load, there are only TWO safe spots:
    1. Shipper
    2. Receiver
Every other place that you can park is unsafe. I remember one company that I drove for, wanted us to drive a minimum of 250 miles away from a shipper before we could stop for any reason.

Don't stop in a city, and if you do don't get out of the truck at night.

BS......you'll have no problem in Albany or Tifton GA if you have a simple lock on the truck.
The thieves down here are too lazy to break it.
And West Memphis.......don't even slow down.
    This "List" is BS
