The strange thing is, I don't think banks are aware of these issues, banker told dad awhile they won't do loans on older trucks, now granted he was wanting to borrow money against an 84 pete to build a house, but they'll do loans for new trucks all day.

He can't, it's not his truck. He just pays the bills on it. The truck belongs to the company he drives for.

This is exactly why I walked away from my lease. You have no control and those payments just keep ticking.

He said if he walked away it would hurt his credit rating. I told him I either have no or bad credit , I'm really not sure I never check and could not care less. I have $0 debt of any kind and lots of bank account at the end of every month. I see people on this treadmill. I dont have a care in the world - as long as my health holds and my family's health holds. I remember another story just like this one , a lady called in to Kevin Rutherford's show telling the same problems of never ending truck problems. Rutherford's advice was get out of that truck and find a different one. She said she was making payments on it so she COULDN'T get out of it. I thought the first Republican president ended slavery over 100 years ago.

Some people lack a spine. And work for POS companies.

7 days in, then broke down 3 days later (same issue) got one of ours a new truck.

Some companies have your back. Others keep your balls in a jar.
