Truck Towed With Driver Inside

If you're having sex with a woman in the back of a vehicle while it's being towed, you might be a redneck.

 

I know a guy that used to operate about 10 trucks that were dedicated to running for a small business near my hometown in Georgia. One day while eating a bit of breakfast he was telling me about a rather large bill he got from a Town in South Georgia. Seems one of his drivers had a medical emergency and was rushed via ambulance to the ER. Left his truck in the C-store where he called 911. Later the C-store clerk called the cops to get the truck towed. The cop would not allow the tow truck driver to hook up until he cleared the tractor to make sure no one was inside the now locked truck. They called a locksmith to come out and open the truck. The cop inspected inside and cleared the tow truck to remove the truck. Then on top of this, the man that owned the C-store billed the owner of the truck for parking and placed a hold on the truck/load until paid. Of course, the guy ate these charges because his driver later died in the hospital.

I have never seen it in black and white, but as I understand it riding in a vehicle being towed is illegal.
