Batteries seems to be good, brand new starter, it won’t turn over. What else to check?

Try jumping the terminals on the starter. I’ve replaced a starter before and ended up with a junk starter.

If it is an auto it needs to be in neutral... If it has been parked long enough to loose air pressure and it was left in gear, then you will probably need to air it up by connecting your red trailer line to the red trailer line of another truck and pushing in the red knob in both trucks. Once it has air pressure again it will shift to neutral and then it will start.

Is it not cranking at all? Try jumping the solenoid. Tell us more about your issue
