Trucker cited for illegal U-turn I-80 Nebraska

This should be a lifetime ban on the drivers CDL. Looks like the scale is just east of this location, wondering if he was not wanting to go through it?

should’ve been more than a citation. Should’ve been jail time

 

I agree with the lifetime ban. There is abolutely no excuse for parking in the shoulder and then doing a U-turn across a freeway.
