God bless every American and their families! God bless the U.S.A.! -
I had to stop when she suggested nose in parking just because you have a reefer.

Brettj3876, alds and bentstrider83 Thank this.

I drive a reefer. I try to find parking away from other trucks, even if it is farther away. That way, when someone parks beside me, they know, or should know, right upfront that they are next to a reefer.
tommymonza, alds, Canadianhauler21 and 5 others Thank this. -
Wasted Thyme Thanks this.

I do the same thing or park next to another reefer.

I've heard stories of disgruntled drivers turning off someone else's reefer in the middle of the night. Haven't had it happen to me. But, wish there was a way where a driver could lock out a reefer unit somehow so this couldn't happen.homeskillet Thanks this. -

Recently, at the Petro in Lebec Ca I pulled in after an extra long day. I had a questionable meal from the best source available since the diner is closed. I was in my truck about to climb into the sleeper when a driver pulled right next to me with an old fashioned reefer as loud as a chainsaw. I was on the far edge of a huge lot on a night that rarely has a big crowd. I chose the spot for quiet and this moron just had to move next door. I fired up my truck, rolled down my window and roared at him "Thanks alot!!!" I moved to another secluded spot. I didn't care that my elog went back to driving. I just reset it and went to bed.
Canadianhauler21 Thanks this.
