Trucker Facing Charges For Driving Into Protesters

Let's say he never stopped, gets to his next delivery, a gas station, hooks up his hoses, starts to clean the bugs off of his windshield, then pulls an arm out of his grille, unravels a torso wrapped around his driveshaft, finds an IPhone on his deck plate, and an unspilled Starbucks grande' mocha something or other that made the ride stuck between his air cleaner and cab, that's not really that bad of a day.

 

Except there was no violence until the truck drive assaulted the protesters...

 

no, not at all. If it had been me, I'd have run their arses over.
The point is, a single individual with his head screwed on straight would have made all the difference in the world.
But, like I said, if it had been me, they'd still be dead and I would not regret it a bit.......at least until a jury of my peers in Cook County had their way with me. That part might suck a lot.

I don't think anyone here would have a problem with throwing on the flashers and helping a bus driver that's stalled out on the highway. That's a different scenario, it's someone unintentionally blocking traffic that is highly unlikely to attack you and likely to be thankful for any assistance.
The rioters are intentionally blocking traffic and have a well documented history of physically assaulting and in some cases murdering people who don't agree with them or join the chaos.

These are violent criminals disrupting traffic for their personal and political ideals. They are domestic terrorists and should be treated as such.
The definition of Domestic Terrorism according to the FBI's website:
Violent, criminal acts committed by individuals and/or groups to further ideological goals stemming from domestic influences, such as those of a political, religious, social, racial, or environmental nature.

We're discussing domestic terrorists out on the highway, not Kent State hippies sitting on a lawn holding hands.

 

You need to look at the facts. There was no violence until the truck driver assaulted the crowd. If you can't get that in your head, then it's not worth trying to talk to someone that can't even be honest about what happened.

 

Hi we are being honest truck driver had the right to be on the interstate not the protesters. You obviously think it's ok to protest anywhere.

 

That's equal to saying that there have been zero shark attacks at this beach this year...
We know the sharks are violent, we know they have a history of violence. I'm not willing to swim with sharks and certainly am not going to bow to them.

 

They are a highway.. designed for motor vehicles not pedestrians. As far as plowing into the crowd THEY COULD HAVE MOVED he lays on the horn you GET OUT OF THE F WAY
