Trucker follows GPS onto beach

Maybe the driver is from New Zealand.
There they have a long stretch off beach that is officially a highway.

If you hold a CDL you should know sand dunes mean soft sand, no matter where you are from. But that was a great lawyer defense.

 

Most likely this driver was a idiot.
Just wanted to point out that there can be another side to a story.

 

If only the GPS could be held accountable. The prison system would be over running from situations like this and the one below. However I still say that common sense seem to be a thing of the past because of such stupidity.
