Thankfully, I don't live there and if I did I'd move. Already left one leftist loony bin, MN. Nothing personal intended, just my never to be subtle opinion.

 

Between 60,000 and 80,000 people move to Colorado every year, mostly for the weed.( an estimated 90%) What they don't say, is an amazing 50,000 to 60,000 people LEAVE Colorado every year for many reasons. I moved here from Wisconsin, mostly in search of that "old hippy gal", and in the 4 years I've been here, I can say, one is fruitier than the last. Not sure what I expected. Everyone is a freakin' artist, and nobody wants to work,,,a REAL job. They don't have to. Most here made their money someplace else, and don't want to work. That's all well and good, but these people have no problem with 4 figure rentals, and the folks that actually DO do the hands on work, don't get paid enough to live here, and leave. It has created a huge deficit in workers. I live in a Govt. assisted apt. for seniors, that I don't have much faith in. It comes down to money, they can get $800/mo. for my apt., why would they give it to me for $325? They know I can't live anywhere else here for that, and remind us every year at lease time. So yeah, I'm not too happy here, and if the world goes down the crapper altogether, the hardest hit will be here. These yuppies won't know what to do, and I'll be in the UP of Michigan, with snow up to my touchas, my ace in the hole.

The very judge that thought 110 years was too much and had already scheduled a hearing to reduce it was unilaterally ignored by the governor.

Epstein took the easy way out and committed suicide. Dahmer and Bulger were both bludgeoned to death-in Bulger’s case he barely lasted an hour after he was transferred to a new prison in West Virginia(they’re still investigating that one).
