Trucker in Norway or Norway experienced???

Hi Truckers and folks,

I need your help and advice.

My story:
I am a German student trying to visit a friend of mine in Molde in Norway.

My aim:
Since I have limited financial resources I wanna find a ride from Oslo, along the E-6 to Dombas and from there on the E-136 towards Molde and back

My question:
Can you tell me places in the Oslo area which are highly frequented by truckers?
Where to find contact to truckers easily, for instance, gas stations, truck stops, ferry terminals, overnight stops?
When is the best time at which place: in the morning, lunch or evening?
Is there companies with regular scheduled service to Tronheim or that way?

Finally:
What do you think about my plan?
If you know someone else who could help me I would be very happy as well.
