    It’s not as simple as you’re making it out to be . The driver who attacked with the flashlight STOPPED BEING A THREAT when the shooter pulled out his gun! In response the driver RAN AWAY and the shooter PURSUED AFTER HIM-AFTER THE FACT!

    I tend to agree with mjd.

    He could get off of pulling the gun with a self defense argument. But shooting him as he ran away, then pursuing and shooting him in the head? He's toast.

    The second amendment is about firearm ownership. It has nothing to do with the use of a firearm. Check out the Law of Self Defense channel on YouTube. It may untangle some of your confusion. This guy is going to get charged with premeditated murder and he will be convicted.
