    Some people shouldn't own firearms, a few whacks with a flashlight wouldn't hurt that much instead of stand your ground...stand and fight if they have a firearm well that's different....regardless they'll wish they got the death penalty after being thrown in Angola.

    From my understanding the needle might be more preferable than the gas chamber (nitrogen gas but its not exactly foolproof).

    It’s no longer a question of self defense at that point. This escalated to at least 2nd degree murder IMHO.
    It’s possible the gun was stolen.

    Wow,they knew each other at some point,so there was some bad blood there. I’m surprised that the perp was caught in Jackson,Mississippi. Everyone thought he went west to Texas.
