Trucker says he was ‘assaulted’ by security while picking up load

Funny how you believe a driver caught lying....

 

Touching someone is not assault, why do you think he was not convicted of it Robin Hood. That's going to appeals so will see what happens

How is it an insult, its.your avatar isn't it..or is it from some Nintendo game? Anyway point is the guard touched the driver first..there is no assault here. Look closer..Paragon Security guards obviously need more training..not the way they should have handled it..

 

So your saying the driver refused to take his hands out of his pockets but some how he touched the guard first?
In the pictures posted up the driver clearly still has his hands in his pockets with the guard making significant contact to the driver.
If you think a big company like that who supplies a large amount of tax revenue and many jobs to that town doesn’t had the clout to get a particular outcome in the local court your kidding yourself.

Look at the video at the beginning of the thread, and not the hand picked stills. The guard made it very easy for the contact to happen, but the driver made first contact yes. The driver could have backed off and not tried to go through the guard though.
