Trucker says he was ‘assaulted’ by security while picking up load

Well I took your advice and reviewed the video again.
You can clearly see a driver who was walking away from the guard to leave the premises when the guard blocked him and made first contact with his right arm.
You can see that the driver did not make any aggressive move toward the guard at all and was actually headed to his truck away from the guard when the guard cut him off and made contact.
The guard had no right to block him from leaving when he wasn’t even thru the gates on there property.
