The most popular caliber for an AR15 is the 5.56/.223 round. But they make about 10 different versions of it.
I'm considering going with a 300 blackout barrel. It's a 5.56 chamber barrel made for subsonic rounds. Basically built for a suppressor, but functions just as well with a standard 5.56/.223. I could also go with a .223 Wylde. It's similar but has tighter tolerances that a typical .223 barrel.rank Thanks this. -
