I purchased the cheap one. Afterwards, I discovered i wanted more cushion then i purchased the big gel pad. Numbness in my posterior, has been showing, sometimes I find relief by lower the height of my seat.

I noticed a new seat cushion, not sure of the brand, that featured molded foam that has channels for each of your legs. I think the ideal would be to create those channels in the honeycombed gel cushion. I've got time and I'm motivated enough to start cutting away on my cushion. I'll let you all know the results.

I had a chance to sit in one at a Bose dealer. The seat is molded nicely and is super comfortable. They didn't have it set up for the full on demo.
When I first started trucking I drove a Ford cabover without the air ride suspension, and that was a real bone rattler. While truck suspension and seats have definitely improved, I see so many younger truckers walking like old folks from all the pounding they are taking in the seat. IMHO a trucking company could attract new drivers if they installed these Bose seats in their trucks. -
Ever notice how many young drivers are so low in the truck looks like they are setting on the floor, like they don't know what the air in air ride seat is for.

All you see are knuckles over the steering wheel?
Not many. But I have noticed a number of drivers who have their set blown up so high you have to wonder if they're working the pedals with stilts.

I have a 30" inseam and if I could I would have the seat all the way down so I could relieve the pressure on my hamstrings and keep blood circulating. If the road is smooth I do bring it way down, but if the road is really bumpy...

... then I have to inflate the air bag quite a ways to bring the seat way up in the air, especially in some really rough yards at customers and truck stops.

I think I need to invest in that. I'm already experiencing back pains and me being 6'2 doesn't help

Ok, thanks for the feedback. I'm just about ready to place an order. Two quick questions: the Miracle Cushion, the Extreme is 2" I was looking at the Roll & Go which is 1.25" I'm a local driver and I'm thinking the 2" might be too much with the in and out of the truck. Anyone have any experience with the Roll & Go or the regular pad? Is there really alot of difference? If I'm not sure I will go with the Extreme based on the feedback here.
And, can these actually be cut down without leaking/oozing, I've never seen this product in person so I have no idea of it's composition. I really need the cushioning under my prostate not so much my legs, so I may have to shave down the front also. -
There is no fluid in the cushion, so it could be trimmed to your needs. It's made of pliable silicone which is molded in a waffle pattern.
I've never tried the thinner pad. When I bought mine, the only options available were the WongerGel Original and the Extreme. The Original is still 1.25 inches. Here is the WonderGel seat cushion page. You can get a look at how they're molded. They come with a removable cover too.
