Trucker shot in traffic stop

Attitude means a lot when you're stopped, it can be the difference sometimes in getting a ticket and being towed.

 

I was under the impression the only LEO that could put a truck out of service was either State Police or select County police who are CSA certified... I guess im wrong?

 

So this Truck Driver was going to Pepper Spray A law enforcement Officer? Wholey Crapola, what next? Truckers carrying Handcuffs and a baton?

 

But it all started on a state hwy . Shouldnt he have called for state police?

I know . Someone is leaving bits and pieces out .

I have read it a few times officer is saying one thing , and then I seen somewhere that the tow truck driver had some other things to say about it.

We will never know the truth .......

Oh and I have a feeling "ONE" shot would have been enough ..

 

Not if it was in his jurisdiction, he has the ability to stop him.

 

You have someone coming at you with a hammer that you just tasered and didn't go down and is now trying to kill you, and then tell me you'd only shoot him once. What was the officer to do, give him a hug or a time-out till he behaved?
