Wouldn't it be easier to just call a hitchhiker a hitchhiker or maybe something less cumbersome than JB Hunt on vacation?

    Puppy dog= Mack truck

" Gotta a one stack Mack with no shack on the back" " with a cracked window in the back" etc.

Know why they put the dawg facing forward? Know why the dawg is gold or silver?

And I want to thank you drivers for the trip down memory lane..... I forgot alot of that stuff along with 20" split rims, Yamaha's and the iron dash complete with mechanical gages of my first dawg. When a 400 Cummins was an O/O motor only and we were told to baby the new 318's cause we may tear out the drive shaft.

Autocars and Diamond Reo's were the norm........ and the jake on the Yamaha.....moving 2 sticks with 2 hands because you can and forgetting which gear ur in on the 4x4 air shift. Double wide cab over Kenworths........and getting a stick form the side of the road to keep the shutters open.

Remember? A dime in the fuel line make the ole' Cummins scream? A shiney 290?

Ahh yes...... 23 channel cb's and tube tires.
