What are a truck driver's top 5 problems?

My team and I are doing research on the problems and issues faced by drivers and want to come up with tangible solutions that make a difference in your lives.

What are are difficult, expensive, annoying, cumbersome aspects of your work?
What do you wish you had a solution for?

Examples of problems: Customers' docks always being late loading/unloading you, finding safe parking to sleep at night, etc.

    Give me your top 5!

    1. People who have not, and never will, set foot in a truck but are trying to solve driver's problems anyway.

    2. - 5. Getting rid of #1 will probably work out the other 4 eventually.

As a driver who stays out for long tours. Finding places to do 4 loads of laundry every 4 weeks, and finding places to buy groceries is a problem for me. I won't deal with truck stop laundry machines.
