That’s how I got my grip back after an injury at work to my forearm. Started with a 60 pound farmer carry handle in each hand. Within two months I was back to carrying them with 4 plates loaded on each for 50ft sets.
If you can get a hold of bumper plates try walking it with those. No ridge for grip and they are wider. Super hard to squeeze them and walk for any long distance.
Also fat grips are nice, you can basically turn any lift into a forearm workout. -

Thanks man, yeah I’m spoiled with my gym. It’s by far the best gym I’ve ever been to. Pretty much all rogue bars too, they have like all the bars. The west side barbell bar is a super nice squat bar and for deadlifts if you want a stiff bar.
I like the trap bar too.
