How do you pay your drivers (w2 or 1099)?
Do you pay miles, percentage or flat rate?
Are your drivers otr, dedicated or regional?
Team or solo?
Help me out I'm thinking about getting another truck and I want to make sure I'm treating my drivers fairly, pay good and I still be able to make some money.
I am looking on some dedicated account that I would put my trucks on, plenty home time for those who want that option as well as otr.
