No way you could use my address. Carrier411's program can sure see related names, ect. When you file for MC you are supposed to list any/all related MC's that you have ever filed/had. Again, AI can do that.

 

Again, multiple legitimate carriers can exist at the same address.

Since 2019 there has been ONE confirmed FMCSA director. No one is going to take a strong stance without a consistent command structure. The current nominee is a tool of the ATA, which means I don't think any meaningful enforcement is on the horizon.

If you want enforcement of current regulations then FMCSA needs to be funded. More importantly CMV enforcement needs to be a priority of state enforcement. Neither of which are going to happen anytime soon.

I'll say again, most of the compliance review enforcement can be done with far less actual people.

You need to complain about the "state" partners for roadside enforcement that will "ignore" regulations they don't like. Federal is very seldom present there, as that is not their job. Or would you rather see total federal enforcement roadside?

The carrier involved in this horrible incident really doesn’t have that bad of a Safer score..a little high on trucks being put oos but under the national average on driver oos rate.

Their accident totals are somewhat low imo so I’m thinking it’s something else bothering the peanut gallery calling for them to be shut down immediately..
