Was it a drive tire or steer tire that blew?

Study this video. Every driver should know what to do in the event of a blowout to maintain control.

By the way, after several recaps blew out on my brother's truck over a few years he finally decided he wasn't saving money running recaps. It gets expensive doing road service calls, not to mention damage to air bags, air lines, fenders, etc.

Okay... first.. as a recruiter my questions are.. how much experienced do you have? How many companies have you driven for? Also and very important.. what else is there.. what other incidents have you had?

Now, I am guessing you have very little experience based on your lack of understanding of the industry... which is very much demonstrated by your "Are you Hiring?" post..

Why... because he stated that he is a small trucking company... 4 trucks... he just had a driver have a roll over and how there the police handled it..

Now, you presented yourself like a child standing in front of the candy shelves saying.. "give me, give me give me.. I want, I want I want..." with your "Are you hiring?"

Seriously.. re read your post... what in it did you think would inspire this man who has invested his time, money, hard work and soul into building his trucking company to give you a job? Was it the Are... the you... the hiring... cause I am not seeing it...

If you would like a better understanding of why this annoyed me so much... do this... give your car to one of your friends and ask them to go roll it over and call you when they have...

Now, after gaining some insight and understanding try expressing that to a potential employer before just asking if the are hiring...

Learn this in Driver's Ed in High School when I was 15. Figure it would apply to anything that moves.
