New to the forum. I'm looking into starting an OTR career. I have not gotten my CLP yet but am looking at different companies. I've contacted a recruiter from Roehl Transport but with one issue! I have a rear end accident on my record from a year ago where I was at fault. The recruiter said that's a 3 year automatic disqualification but she still wants to see the police report. I doubt I will be hired on due to this. My question is there any good companies for new drivers that will overlook this issue? Really looking for something where I can get my CDL while getting paid or something similar. This is what originally turned me on to Roehl. If anybody that has been in the same situation and has some recommendations I would greatly appreciate it.
