Hi, I've been trying to break into trucking for awhile now. Recently started going to a trucking school, but this school was gonna charge me $6,000. I got another school that I contacted that told me I was eligible for a grant and I could go there for basically nothing. So I left that first school, now they are saying they wont release me from the secretary of state's system until I pay them for my drug tests & physical. What's that mean? Can they block me from getting my CDL? I'm confused.

Did you do a drug test and physical when you were there? You must have signed something when you started that school. What does it say about this?
If you owe for these things you should pay up and get on down the road with you trucking career. -
WHAT state are you in?
If it is Michigan, go get another physical. They have NOTHING to do with the SoS. -
