    Hey I have a criminal mischief misdemeanor for breaking a store front window in 2016. Can I still get a trucking job with 22 months experience and nothing else on my record?

    I live in Texas and it was a misdemeanor. It was not for drugs or alcohol, not even theft or violence it was just vandalism.

    No actually it was criminal mischief which means vandalism and I don't drive drunk or do drugs. I was court ordered get psychiatric help in witch I did for 6 months. Just looking for people with similar issues or have been through the same thing. I was at a bad time in my life thanks.

    Most employers will probably not hire you as it is a fresh conviction but some will so you just need to start applying places and see what you can find.
