Why did you leave your last job? Is the 22 months experience clean or are there any tickets, accidents/ incidents involved. Need more info. By itself a fresh misdemeanor is gonna be a challenge, but if that's all you have you'll find something.
If it's a fresh misdemeanor with some other stuff it might be trickier. Still not impossible though -
what are the details leading to the crime? if it was just a mistake. like you were doing somthing like working and got something on the store? or if you were with a group of people and they vandalized the store? and you were taken in with them. because you were there. or you were seen on camera committing the act like smashing the glass? or was it a dare by your friends to do it? was it a vacant store you vandalized? was it a actively open store with people inside shopping? was the real motive for you to burglarize the store? and you were caught before entering the store? details man! the conviction is one thing. that's all they can get you on? the arrest record is viewable in this day and age? and it is free to obtain.

I've had students with felony convictions that have actually done time. So yes, you can get a trucking job with the relatively minor record you have.
