Truckmovers:forced dispatch?

    Try refusing a load that pays really low or you actually lose money on and see how they treat you.

    .....the question is : what are they worth ? ,they can play all the games they want to play ,but the question remains the same ,besides that
    They need you more than you need them so take them for what they are worth .....shuck & jive ?
    Or ......be a sport ?

    Forced dispatch? That would imply that you are a company driver and not an independent contractor as stated in the agreement you signed with them. I'm sure you can refuse a load, and if they keep giving you loads you don't want, keep refusing them. Go run some loads for another company that has better loads for you. Since you are supposed to be an independent contractor, you don't have to be committed to any one company.
