Drivers should keep up on the inside, I need to clean out my truck now, seems just about every time it's to my liking, I'm sent to spend some time in the mud wholes.

Thanks for all the replies and helpful information. And I will ask Knight - just not sure how truthful the recruiter will be. Maybe I'll try to talk to someone in the appropriate department.

Heh, heh, and I was talking about the smoke they blow up your rear at orientation! That recruiter will likely tell you anything, just to get you to orientation. Recruiters, used car sales people, lawyers...All cut from the same cloth...

Driver got fired last week for smoking in truck. No smoking rule is clear. Nobody wants to sit in a truck that stinks like a greasy hookers taint

There are a lot of changes going on right now with Knight.
After the merger with Swift, even though they are going to operate as seperate divisions, some of the drivers are very apprehensive about some of the upcoming changes.
    Ask a lot of questioms.
If you are seriously thinking about joining their ranks, make sure you don't go in blind.
They always say there aren't going to be any major changes, but I've already heard talk from friends of mine that drive for both, that there are some major changes coming down the pipeline.
