This is the way I have approached this business.
First I understood that I wasnt going to make any money.
Second i understood i wasnt going to have a life at home.
Now that been said, i understood that it wasnt going to be this way forever. I knew nothing when I started. Hell I didnt know what a kin pin was, or what was a consignee. I now have a class a cdl, i know how to drive, i know what is a broker, I understand what fuel surcharge is, I know about owner operator owning their own authority, lets just say i know alot more. Been at it for four months. I still owe them four months of my time. Its like bootcamp. 8 months to learn at their expense. AFTER THIS ITS UP TO ME.
