I have worked for pmt for a little over a year now when I started it was just like any other company I worked for. OK for a few months and dispatcher I had was very good and worked me as I asked, no problems. Then office people started quiting, then shop, that's when drivers really started to quit. But I hung in there until I went to the yard to start swapping trucks. Thats what did it for me. The shop unocked my truck in yard and never locked it back up. When I got to my truck 80% of my personal items were stolen. PMT did absolutely nothing. There own shop guys threw my clothes in dumpster, went thru everything. Might as well say it was a free for all in my truck. Company never posted nothing about it warning or asking if anyone had knowledge to contact someone. That's when I realized PMT does not care about drivers or there personal items. Now they moved to camphill, pa and its getting worse everyday. Planners are not planning loads rite, no one is keeping track of loads that have been done, cancelled, or even verifying anything before drivers are dispatched. There is 0 communication between, driver, office or shop no one knows what the other is doing. They are making changes but its really not doing any good. Most of good and experienced drivers that have been there for years are quitting. Deffinitly would not recommend working for PMT. And I'm sure there is more to come I also have been looking for another job. If it wasn't for my family and me being only 1 working I would have been gone already. Good luck

I hope you find another job at least making as much as you are now or better. I'm glad I got out of trucking when I did. It seems the only safe havens now for drivers are the small carriers who financially can't afford to screw their drivers over.

I work for paul miller. Dispatch is good to me at least.
I get home on the weekends and once or twice during the week.
Nothings ever promised, it all depends on how the week goes. Loads etc but they do their best.
I communicate with my dispatcher and we try to work together to make it happen. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. For me, they seem pretty good. Nothings ever 100% no matter where u work.alds Thanks this. -
I know from a office side of things my previous employer had a few dealings with them in the past and honestly they were not that bad to deal with until the turn over in the office started getting rough and I guess with that level of change the training aspect was not as strong because we used to have problems getting things confirmed, sent to us, etc. and it turned into a nightmare. I hope things have gotten better and they have been able to work through the difficulties especially having recently moved their operation to Camp Hill. I wish them all the best because back in the day they were always pleasant to deal with.

I worked for Paul Miller Trucking for 5 years 10 months before they railroaded me to repo the truck. They said I said I was bringing a gun on Monday morning for a meeting with the safety department, now get this I learned how to make money with a ######## company with all the ######## that any person could withstand. This company has a policy to make sure that all the lease purchase drivers fail at 100 percent along with a 125 percent turnover rate. Only 2 drivers paid off the lease on 2012 trucks however the trucks have been leased out over 5 times with no clean tittles so the only 2 drivers couldn't move if they wanted to, so they're forced in a business of dictatorship were as one person decides who makes money and doesn't.
I purchased the truck for 150,000.00 for a 7 year purchase, worked 5 years 10 months and contract was verbally terminated now tell me want you think 323,000.00 in.mjd4277, Dale thompson and bzinger Thank this.
