Freebird. to keep this on topic I just tell Brokers that my state doesn't require it. It just makes it easier that way, rather than explain business to some 20 something. I don't know what your Corporate staus is, but I know this. If your an S-Corp. And your the only employee. You don't have to carry any workmans comp. But try explaining that to a dumb kid. So just state either yeah we are covered or no our state doesn't require it. You'll be fine.
