Trying find info about Heniff Transportation

I'm thinking about going to work for Heniff out of the Hamlet NC terminal. It's only 60 miles from my house vs the 130 I away to Charlotte where I drive for SNBC currently. I currently do OTR but would do regional or otr. My questions are what is the pay like? Currently I get payed by the mile, same loaded -empty -bobtail. I average about 1350 to 1450 week. That's working my butt off too. I heard Heniff pays pctg of load. What can be expected average per week if stay out all 7 days

 

I don't need make same pay or better . But I don't wanna swap company's and make under 1200 week gross either

 

Yea I'm not sure I like the percentage thing myself. Hamlet NC and Greensboro NC are both 60 mikes from my house so I'm trying to find out info bout tanker company's their. The drive from Charlotte to my house after being on road 3 weeks sux. It's back woods hwy I take
