Trying to find a first company in South NJ

Keep in mind you likely will not be able to bring your pet with you while riding with a trainer.

 

Normally the training period varies by company. But it may be 4-8 weeks. Some companies charge a pet deposit. Some of those may be refundable. Pets are great company on the road.

 

What county are you in?

Is otr/regional that important, or would local maybe a night or two a week out be ok?

Which city/town are you in?

 

USA Truck has a good program. After working there 6 mos. you can dispatch yourself; choose your loads and run where you want to. Another new cdl school grad from New Jersey went there and likes it.
For example, if you like Florida, then dispatch yourself to Florida;
Can take the pet and a passenger with you.
