The CDL job market blows pretty hard right now for new CDL holders -- regardless of how good or not-so-good one's record might be....

That 15 over speeding ticket is considered reckless driving in trucking, no matter the state issuing the ticket calls it. Multiple felonies, reckless driving, no seatbelt ticket, little or no experience. The companies that will hire drivers with that background are going to treat you terribly and you have no option but to take it. They have little incentive to pay you what they owe you. They know you can't quit. Do something else for 3-5 years and let your driving/criminal record cool off. You will have many better options then. The industry is slow right now. You will be drug tested and that's about the only black mark you haven't told us is in your background. Add a failed drug test to the mix and you are more likely to become president than work as a truck driver for one year. If you have used THC in the last 6 months you won't pass a drug test and the state laws about THC do no override the federal regulations which do no allow it in trucking.
Wargames, aussiejosh, 48Packard and 5 others Thank this.
