I have a refuse breathe test, a lot of of suspensions for not paying tolls , driving with suspended license red light camera tickets and reckless driving. Do you think a cdl school will hire me ?

Probably; what's on your MVR? If the reckless driving is for speeding 15+ mph over the speed limit, that's probably a no-go.

The say people should stop while their ahead. At this point, you should only stop when you're behind. All what you described, if it happened in the last 3 years, you'll need to get that record cleaned up. Refused breath test, suspended license, and reckless driving are gonna create concerns for all companies.
