IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE -- take a solo driving job, instead of team.
Team driving as a rookie -- WILL SUCK...BIG-TIME.
I recently talked at length to a team who drove for Covenant.
You WON'T LIKE IT.

To be fair you had a chance to prove yourself and you chose poorly until recently. Some of the people that may give you another chance are looking for something besides words that show you are now responsible and reliable. Some of the people that may give you a chance will capitalize on your desperation and take advantage of you. I guess what I'm saying is just because some company will hire you, it doesn't mean that you should work there. You better know very well if the company you are going to work for has pay and conditions that you can work with, and not just ignoring the conditions until you can't take it any more. It's a hard job. It's even harder if you are not getting paid or not getting miles.

Oh that makes sense..ok
