    If you were in the beta already (started a month ago), you should still have access to it.

    You can download the map files by state for offline use (see attached, it’s under settings>offline maps). We’re definitely interested in having users beta test offline usage.

    Got it downloaded now... For a plain Jane GPS it looks very nice from my initial look. I plugged in a few routes and I like what it comes back with.

    Thanks for taking the time, and I appreciate the feedback. The most useful feedback we can get now is from people using it on their trips and letting us know about issues that come up during turn-by-turn navigation. We’ll be adding more features throughout beta and the foreseeable future, but we want to excel at the navigation component

    I'll run it side by side with my normal GPS tonight when I head out... We will see how well it does through Chicago Land.
