Tunning 2 wilson 2000

Hi, need to tune 2 wilson 2000 antennas, with cobra 29 lx. How would i go about doing this? Tune one and then second, or tune both at the same time??

Without a dummy load I would tune them both simultaneously with an antenna analyzer
