Turbo cutting in and out on Cummins isx

    Hello I have a 2007 volvo vnl Cummins isx the turbo cuts in and out when the engine is warm and under load when I pull over I can see the mechanical actuator going up and down has anyone else had this problem?

    Are you hearing any metal type noises from the turbo?

    Turbos were a pretty common problem with that motor. Any repair shop with software can run diagnostics on the turbo.
