So here is my first request for some help. Thank goodness Ifound this place for some support!
    2000 VN model (I think)
The turn signals work in all places
The flasher only works in the rear. None of thd front turn signals work, the taillights do.
When you turm on the flasher, the flasher clicks, the rear lights flash but that's all.
I swapped the flasher with another, same problem.
There are 2 fuses, one left and one right turn signal fuse. When the turnw are on, there is power at the fuses.
When the flasher is on, there is no power at the fuses for left and right.
There is power on both sides of the flasher fuse.
Dealer says its the flasher, but that's silly and I tried one from a truck that works fine and that's not it.

    Any ideas?

Are you getting power to the bulb sockets? If not trace it back from there. The wiring harness should come together on the left or right side and then split off from there to the other side. Look for the quick disconnect for the harness and make sure you have a good connection no corrosion broken ends etc.
