Turn Signals and Broken Left Arm

This guy heard my horn as an objection. Then he gave me a dumb look and proceeded with his illegal turn not once considering if he should stop. Nope. He just kept on going.

 

Idiot proof, or idiot enabling?

 

That's the one. But there were a few stalls available. I know because I parked in one.

Sad thing is this driver didn't look like no newbie. Looked old enough to have had thirty plus years of driving experience under his belt. I'll bet he is that experienced since he was pulling a flatbed.
