turning radius... whats better higher number turning radius or lower number?

As i side note, i drive both straight trucks and tractor trailers with a short "pup" trailer---28 feet.

The tractors with short trailers can actually do a tighter U-turn than the 26' straight trucks we have. But being the straight trucks are still overall shorter, you can still get in tighter spots than a tractor-trailer combo.
