    I have a 2011 Freightliner M2 Flatbed. The problem I'm having happens driving or parked. When turning the steering wheel it goes from hard to easy back to easy about 4 times per rotation of the wheel. it doesn't matter what direction. I'm assuming it needs a steering box but not sure. Thank you for your help

    4 times per revolution? I'd check your steering column u-joints. Could be binding up.

    I would suspect the pump and or filter first.

    5th wheel grease?

    Power steering pump and be quick to check it. Don't ever run that dry. Its VERY expensive.
